Naše společnost realizuje projekt v rámci výzvy 03_16_043 Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Cílem je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců, zajištění souladu jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti, čímž bude zvýšena konkurenceschopnost podpořených zaměstnanců na trhu práce. Projekt je spolufinancován Evropskou unií.

Projekt podpořený Evropskou unií v rámci Operačního programu Zaměstnanost zavádí novou výrobu nového produktu v rámci existujícího družstva invalidů MYJÓMI v Brně. Cílem je zahájit výrobu vlastní produktové řady ponožek podle vlastního designu, ale i jako zakázkovou výrobu pro firemní a jinou klientelu. Spolu s výrobou budou aplikovány principy fungování integračního sociálního podniku na daný segment družstva invalidů MYJÓMI. V rámci družstva vznikne výrobní část zaměřující se výhradně na výrobu ponožek s aplikací principů sociálního podnikání.
